Statement on Slavery and Human Trafficking Compliance

At Loper Machine LLC, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical business conduct and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. As part of our dedication to human rights, we firmly denounce slavery and human trafficking in all its forms, and we are committed to taking all necessary measures to prevent these heinous practices from occurring within our operations and supply chains.

As a responsible corporate citizen, we understand the importance of addressing this global issue and its potential impact on society. In accordance with the United States laws, including the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (CTSCA) and the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), we are committed to the following practices:

Supply Chain Verification: We conduct regular assessments to evaluate and verify our supply chain to ensure that it is free from any involvement in slavery or human trafficking.

Supplier Audits: We perform periodic audits of our suppliers to assess their compliance with anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking standards. These audits are conducted both internally and, when necessary, by third-party experts to maintain impartiality and objectivity.

Supplier Compliance Certification: We require all our suppliers to certify that the materials incorporated into our products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.

Employee Training: We provide ongoing training to our employees and management personnel to raise awareness about slavery and human trafficking and to ensure they are equipped to identify and address any potential risks within our operations.

Reporting and Whistleblower Protection: We maintain an open-door policy and provide confidential channels for employees and stakeholders to report any concerns or violations related to slavery and human trafficking. Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation under our company policy.

Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continuous improvement in our efforts to combat slavery and human trafficking. We regularly review and update our policies and procedures to stay in line with the best practices and evolving legal requirements.

Loper Machine LLC stands firm in its commitment to combat slavery and human trafficking and will continue to prioritize human rights in all aspects of our business operations.

Sincerely,
